Stipend Programme at the Bologna Center of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, the Johns Hopkins University, Bologna

The Foundation makes stipends available to young German scholars for study and research at the Bologna Center of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.

The Bologna Center was founded in 1955 as the - up until now - only American "full time resident" graduate school of international relations in Europe. It is an integral part of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C.. The Center offers to both young American scholars as well as those from other countries opportunities for an academic education and further education. Depending on their academic level, students can achieve recognized degrees of an American university (M.A. or Ph.D.).
